I can tell you that's exactly the cause of my initial rattling too...I have ERZ HFCs as well. The plugs are just hand-tightened when shipped, so you need to get

I can tell you that's exactly the cause of my initial rattling too...I have ERZ HFCs as well. The plugs are just hand-tightened when shipped, so you need to get under there and tighten them up. They will loosen quite quickly with a bit of driving otherwise, so don't wait too long to do it.

My ERZ/CNT HFC's have been on for over 1k and I love them and have no issues (CEL). However did received them with one of the O2 dummy plugs missing. Got a hold of Nissan Generation and John sent me a replacement quickly. In conjunction with my Y pipe my car feels faster (butt dyno) and the sound is just right for me (not too loud but not to low).
