Received the replacements today and went ahead and installed them. My buddy bailed on me so I had to do the whole install solo. Went pretty good though. Definitely would have been much easier with a second set of hands. One issue I ran into is that ERZ used some extenders for the O2 bungs. Well they don't have a large enough bore to fit the O2 sensor! I tried to drill it out but only had up to 1/2" bit and it wasn't enough. So I had to install everything without them. I'll see if I get a CEL...
The inlets on these looked much better than the previous set. I'll post the pics up tomorrow and take some video this weekend. I took it for a spin and all my frustrations of the install and the O2 bung melted away. These things sound awesome and I can definitely feel the bump in power. I couldn't be happier with the performance so far. Only took it for a 20 minute drive but so far so good. I'll update with more driving impressions later on ![]() |
