I'm thinking the curved flange will be ok once everything is tightened up. If I have a leak I'm sure ERZ will take care of it.

It seems like the gap in the flange and tubing is pretty similar to the last pic in your original post.

It's a little hard to tell since that part of the picture isn't in focus though.

give me a call tomorrow I can switch that one for you, seem like the welder was lazy that day doing that one.

I'll send that one back to the factory and get it grind.

Well now...don't I wish I looked mine over more thoroughly. Fortunately they're performing really well. But who wants to have to do their own quality control?

What about the flange curvature all these guys have been noticing?

Yeah that doesn't seem very fair to you. I guess if you're happy with the end results it's not a big deal though?
