It seems like the gap in the flange and tubing is pretty similar to the last pic in your original post:


It's a little hard to tell since that part of the picture isn't in focus though.
give me a call tomorrow I can switch that one for you, seem like the welder was lazy that day doing that one.

I'll send that one back to the factory and get it grind.
