That wiring had me paranoid as faq, took the o2 senor off and played around with the black wires. They are on correct

Damper, im debating on weather i should put the damper on before or after my tune

If you got the time. Put it on. If not, no big deal. It won't hurt the tune. I won't be able to install mine until I recover from foot surgery.

No bueno. I'm just so eager to drive the car, it took me a while to get everything installed because of work and life in general. I have two weeks to get the part on before i get tuned.
