are these 2.5" cats? I'm looking to keep them the same size as my headers. Do they use the stock style or supplied flat gaskets?

yes these are 2.5 inch same piping size any HFC on the market today for the 370z

yes these are 2.5 inch piping like more HFC in the market today, will bolt right on to aftermarket exhaust or stock exhaust, bolts and gasket are included.
