Replacement second hand throttle body?

Ok guys. Installed, did the relearn and ECU reset for good measure. Drove fine for 10kms, but now it's throwing a Check Engine light, then 10 mins after that my

Drove fine for 10kms, but now it's throwing a Check Engine light, then 10 mins after that my traction control off light comes on. Hooked it up to OBD2 reader, and have this message (P1233, TP SEN 1/CIRC-B2) Is the replacement hosed as well?
