Try that with a breaker bar on the end. If that don't work, I would start the car and let it warm up the pip some then try to carefully remove it without getting burned.

in addition to using the proper o2 sensor socket. Use a torch from home depot or lowes. to heat AROUND the o2 sensor bung. It makes removal a lot easier and could possibly save your threads.
