what pipes are used to replace the muffler? and would def like to keep stock NISMO exhaust tips....

All you are doing is getting rid of the axel back portion of the exhaust (i.e. your muffler), it is only 4 bolts. Order the AAM Short Tails... for you to keep the stock tips, they need to be cut and attached to the new pipes.

For the price you'd pay a muffler shop to hack up the stock exhaust to remove the muffler, you are much better off going for the short tails or just saving up for a full catback.
