Need some ideas how to remove the rest of the studs from the pipe so I can put in new bolts.

You have a few options,
1) Sears.com 2) try to drill it out.. 3) Vice-Grips and blow torch 4) Buy lots of beer and invite all your friends over, get them drunk and watch them attempt to get them out.. Good luck...

They look like pressed in studs. If they are, you should be able to knock them out with a hammer.

The back side of the studs are round and looks to be pressed in by Godzilla. Nissan sure love to make everything more difficult

I would cut and grind down flush
Use a punch to get it centered and after grab s nice sharp drill bit and go at it , use lube and keep speed slow

Well, I was planning to do exactly that but if it's welded on like spooler said I'm taking it to a muffler shop and see what they can do. Thanks

It is tack welded. I found out when I installed my FI exhaust. I beat the crap out of one of the bolt heads with an 1/2" impact only to figure it out afterwards...LOL
