Aam misleading customers!!!!

Flag the listing for eBay violation rules and AAM will get an email to revise it. Pictures in the gallery are only supposed to show what is actually for sale but pictures of upgrade options can be embedded into the description. (Which is what should have been done.)

OP, try reaching out to AAM to get a quote on the upgrade. I'm sure they will be willing to work with you on it.

it says exactly what it's for and the pics are showing the upgrade option to burnt tips.

there is no foul play or misleading info. the OP is simply blind or dumb.

it says in BIG RED letters to "PLEASE READ CAREFULLY in the description. how much more clear do they have to be?

I can read, thank you. That doesn't change the fact that the two main gallery images show the upgrade option instead of what is actually listed for sale. Ergo, they are in violation of eBay rules so OP can flag it for them to correct it.

Unless you can upgrade to and purchase the burnt tips within that same listing, I'm going to agree with Pintsize in that if there is an ebay policy regarding photos that are not for sale in that listing, then the burnt tip photo is a violation of that policy.

That being said, I still think the OP needs to learn from his mistake rather than blame AAM.

Correct and I agree. I'm only stating what can be done to have AAM update the listing to avoid another customer/post like this.
