Berk Cat-Back Exhaust GB #2!!!

Just got my update from Rob....They're really trying their best to please everyone guys...I'm just glad that mine is almost out the door....My Exhausts and HFC's have a long way to travel from Cali to Guam...Its gonna take about 2 additional weeks to get here, but once I know that Berks dropped it off, I'll know that I only have 2 more weeks of waiting...

All of you that have done deposits or are waiting on your exhaust please give us a call to take care of the rest of the payment. We should have more ready to ship tomorrow and the rest of the pre-orders fulfilled by Monday/Tuesday of next week. It will help expedite getting your shipment out.

Stuff outside of our control happens all of the time. That's all people wanted, communication.............People are more willing to be patient and understanding when they are kept in the loop. The customer service from Berk has been 1000 times better. Had this been the case 2 months ago, I would have purchased one. Unfortunately, I still have a PM from over a month and a half ago that's still waiting for a response. I'm happy for you guys who did the GB. I could sense your frustrations in the past few months. You guys are great customers.

Its really great to hear that these babies are making it out the door smoothly....BTW Rob thanks a lot lot for responding to my concern on da PM....I am more than satisfied with the progress and arrangements that were initially set....and I really appreciate all the great and hard work Bryan and the rest of the crew at Berks is doin....PM replied and I look forward to hearing more great news soon!

Guys...don't forget to post pics and reviews for the rest of us that are still on standby....lookin forward to hearing about the product we have all been waiting for!
