I was told that the pipes are in and they will be shipping in ONE day. That screams of telling me something that is not entirely true just to get me to stay.
Yes we did receive all the sub assemblies on Monday and we had every intention of getting them out by yesterday. However we weren't able to get our hands on the 370Z that was promised to us. We had to drive out today to borrow one from a friend in order to do the test fitting.

It came down to shipping out exhausts that weren't test fitted and that's just not a compromise we are willing to do.

I apologize if it came off to you as something that wasn't entirely true and we should have contacted you to let you know. Just please understand we are just as overwhelmed as you can possibly think with what's going on, and we hate it much more that you guys are upset. We aren't in the business of making customers unhappy, it's common sense that unhappy customers = no customers. Nothing we do is intentional, we do our best to do what we can to keep you guys happy. Unfortunately other broken promises that were beyond our control sets us back and rather than ship you something that we're not comfortable with, we'd rather wait an extra day to get it on a car and be 100% happy.

And just for the record, we have no problems issuing out refunds for those that do not want to wait. We know how frustrating this can be and we want to do what's right. But we can comfortably say we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey guys, it's zee (some of you may know me... made a couple of posts including a video at streets, if you want to hear the sound of the car).

Bryan from Berk just came by to pick up my 370Z for fitting (I'm the friend mentioned above ). I've been running about with an early test system and have absolutely no complaints about the fit, sound, and performance, so using one of the long-term test vehicles again should ensure you get a top quality exhaust from Berk.

I couldn't get down to OC (I'm in Yucaipa), so he made the 75 mile trek my way to pick up the car. That's pretty cool of them, IMHO.

So, just an FYI folks, my car is in their capable hands now and the ball is WELL rolling. They'll have it for a few days to make sure everything is perfect for ya.

Thanks, z

BTW, here is the video from streets. Try to screen out the wind and rattling noises from the camera mount (poor set up), and you'll hear how great this exhaust sounds even from the inside with the windows down at 30 to 120 mph.

These guys are working hard to keep you happy, and REALLY care about their customers. Glitches and hiccups happen to all of us, but it's how we respond that counts!

p.s. - skip ahead to the 6 minute mark to see how the CBE helps you run with Z06s... which are quick little cars (I used to own one!).

Thanks for the support Zee - and yes many many many thanks for lending us the car. We're cranking away to get these exhausts out!

Ask Berk if they can send directly to APO, FPO, AE, AA or AP addresses.

That was a track-prepped BMW if I remember correctly. Thanks! Yeah, I wave when I can to some of my buddies or other courtesy track junkies.
