Hi Guys, we don't frequent the forums much these days, I didn't realize that we had an angry mob outside our window! You guys are perfectly in the right to be frustrated, upset, and a little PO'ed at me. I feel you, understand you, and completely take responsibility for OUR own actions.

The whole reasons behind the wait times are production delays. We are not mass producing these systems to ensure that we can control the quality under our own roof. Each tweak requires almost whole new re-draw in CAD, new NC programing of the bender, and physical modification of the welding fixtures. Which all takes time since they are done in a serial process.

The exhaust assemblies are en-route to me now and a truck will arrive at our shop with all of your pipes very soon. The final weldment takes place in house and if any of you remember from last time we were able to complete 4-5 exhausts per day. The exhausts ship in the order of receipt but expect us to get it all done within 5-7 days.

The $100 gift certificates are our good faith gesture to you guys that have waited so patiently for us. You all have been very good and it is our way of saying thank you for sticking it through with us. You guys as a group have been some one of the most patient and gracious bunch despite the delays. For those of you venting here I understand and will take the blame for this.

There is light at the end of the tunnel and we are nearing the end of our long journey guys! We are also readily available by phone if you have any other specific questions.

Bryan, props for coming on the site! You are going to have a great product very soon, I think if you are able to bring the customer service up you will have a great selling CBE!

Looking forward to seeing some of these exhausts being installed and what kind of wait times you will have once everything gets going.
