I am still waiting to here from the OP or BERK about my order. I understand that it is delayed but I need to know the final value. I am supposed to get a military discount. then they are talking about $100 gift certificates. I need to hear something. This is getting crazy! I am about to give up on this entire order!

I really feel you man...I say to everyone that's in this situation...I too am waiting for a reply via email that I sent them regarding their two options...I really don't care for that $100.00 gift certificate...Would rather that they refund me a $100.00...If I don't receive an email by this morning, then I will call them direct....This always seems to work, even though it costs me $$$ to call Berks long distance.

Well I finally got some kind words from Bryan at Berk. Everything sounds good accept I really wish they would just apply that gift certificate to the exhaust. They wont do it so I have been trying to find something I could buy from Vivid. No luck yet. Not to mention they wont ship to military APO's either.

This is going to be a long wait.......................

I hate to be the devil's advocate, but there are plenty of places that wont ship to APO's - thats nothing new. Why should they change their policy just for you?

I have been stationed in Germany for 3 1/2 years, you don't think I know that.

I never expected them to change their policy, I am simply stating that they don't ship to APO address's.

They actually looked into shipping the exhaust but they were concerned with the post office bending a tip.

You may know, sure - but with the way you are presenting your argument, other non-military perusing the thread may assume, "OMG, they wont ship to an APO for someone in the military?! WHAT IS THIS?! HOW DARE THEY!!"

" We cannot apply the Vivid Racing gift certificate on your order as this is not a product credit but a gift certificate to another store. "

Hmmm...That doesn't make any sense at all...Unless they are doing what Mightbobo is proposing and Vivid Racing is part of their outsourcing in regards to production...

Guess I'm gonna have to try and figure out what I can order from Vivid Racing...Couldn't seem to find any oil coolers the last time that I was on their site..Hopefully they'll get some between now and the time that I get my exhaust
