I have been using the Greddy kit and only just sold it recently because I bought much larger turbos that I am currently putting on my car. I daily drove it for over 3 years without requiring a single bit of maintenance or repair. I did make a couple changes; I upgraded the oil feed line setup to be very high end, and I relocated the wastegates to the exhaust manifold, and eliminated the long extension tubes they put on that kit for some reason.

Upon removal, I DID find that the passenger side manifold had a pretty big crack in it. however, this is actually pretty common with cast iron exhaust manifolds that get put through lots of abuse (especially when covered with header wrap like I did), and I rarely went 100 yards without taking advantage of my turbos. I replaced the manifolds for the buyer of the kit, and it was around $600 for the pair I believe.

What I would recommend to anyone looking at jumping on the deal is to call Greddy and verify that they intend to keep manifold replacements available, even after their new kit comes out. Replacing manifolds every few years is no big deal (most guys dont even keep their cars that long)... unless, that is, they are no longer available.

We can all safely assume that the new Greddy kit will use Garrett GTX turbos, like their new GT-R kit.
