Post All I need?

I'm planning my build so I'm doing some searching and money crunching. I'm planning to install it myself.

Is this all I need for my trans upgrade to handle a turbo?

-There is supposedly a Clutch Master AL flywheel for the 370 for $530

-Clutch Masters Stage 3 FX300 Clutch Kit (highly recommended by my local car shop) $660. She says that her hardcore race guy (Ron B.) is not impressed with Southbend (what i was going to go with).

- ZSpeed HD Concentric Replacement Clutch Slave Cylinder CSC
$325.00

-Nissan OEM Clutch Master Cylinder 370Z G37 - 07-08 G35 Sedan
$110.00

-Premium Stainless Clutch Hose Upgrade HR/VHR 350Z G35 G37 370Z
$53

Am I missing anything to upgrade this trans? Bushing? bearings? or whatnot? If so, please place a link.

Edit:
Or should I just get this and be done with ? The other thing is which clutch to choose, street, puck high 5?

Thanks

As far as I know, Zspeed doesn't have an upgraded master cylinder for us, yet.

OP, the HD CSC already has a stainless steel line so no need to buy that other line you listed.

I'd call Specialty Z and Z1 and talk them through your goals. Plus, most vendors will discount you a little if you ask over the phone on big purchases. Wouldn't be a bad idea to budget in one of those RJM clutch pedals. Some of the aftermarket clutches can be unpleasant to drive. And get a couple bottles of Motul RBF600 for fluid. Also, given that it's a real pain in the *** to change tranny fluid with a BP kit in place, go ahead and take care of that now too.

If you go with a light flywheel, prepare yourself for noise. Almost to the point where it sounds broken, but it's not.

So add a master, do tranz oil change, call and talk to them on power and expected power, which is 475/420 hp/trq. I'm leaning towards the Specialty Z thought. 475/420 hp/trq is my realistic daily drivable number.

I've got a spec as well. I don't recommend them at all.

No. Spec is a brand. Their quality control is iffy and their price is comparable with better options.

The clutch I recommended is the one Tony is mating to all these FI TT kits and they seem to be holding the power just fine and I've not heard anything bad about them.

I'm running the Z1 lightweight FW and full face disk. I'm going to take a guess on power level since I was tuned on JTrans Mustang but 475/450 WHP/WTQ. So far I've not had any issues with it and the pedal engagement point is same as stock.

Just remember the clutch I pointed you to comes with the HD CSC included with the price so consider that in your pricing decision.

I know Chuck has his own reasons but my tuner tells me their quality control is horrible. He's had a lot of issues with bolt hole sizes being consistent causing fitment issues.

Which one of these clutches drive smoother and can handle the power? I find the stock 370 is friggin hard to drive smooth. The clutch in my brother's Shelby and Altima is super easy to drive smooth. It takes no effort at all to drive smoothly in those two cars. I have to ride the clutch more and work both pedals a lot more to smooth out a shift. It's a little "uncomfortable" for the female passenger(s). But, it does make there head and boobies bobble a little when I drive regularly (not trying to smooth shift).

Take the helper spring out. It'll give you a normal feeling clutch where you can tell the engagement point.

Of course I'm always confused when people tell me this manual is difficult to drive. I've never had an issue. So maybe disregard my input
