Boosted Performance V 2.0 turbo list

I also had a hardtime tightening that big nut for the oil cooler adapter plate. I had to take the nut and run to HF and match it to one

I also had a hardtime tightening that big nut for the oil cooler adapter plate. I had to take the nut and run to HF and match it to one that fit. The only one that fit well at HF is a 1'' one from the socket set # 69560

As for the oil line, I had cut a chunk off the plastic corner on the bottom left side to allow the oil lines to reach.

(don't mind the blocks and the 2x8 under the tires. They are extra and have very little weight on them. The weight of the car is on the floor jacks.)

What boost controller is everyone running? and how do you have your vaccum/boost lines run.

I have a Turbosmart E-boost Street 40, the install instructions don't give anything about a twin scroll setup. I was thinking about using the single port/single solenoid/twin turbo instructions which is
Single port, single solenoid, twin turbo connection Method
(For straight configuration twin parallel turbocharger engines E.g. RB26DETT)
 Port 1 of solenoid vent to atmosphere
 Port 2 of solenoid tee to bottom port of wastegates
 Port 3 of solenoid to Pressure only source

I have the GReddy Profec. It works similarly but there is no vent on the solenoid valve. I'm somewhat familiar with the Turbosmart EBC and what you have described is how I would handle the vacuum lines. As for how I ran mine. I tapped the intake manifold for a second barb (4mm) so I wouldn't have to branch off the charge pipe or BOV line and then transition form 6mm to 4mm for the one that goes to the EBC box itself. The line that goes thru the solenoid and to the top of the WG, I teed off the charge pipe line going to the bottom ports of the WGs.

Cool, sounds good. my tuner usually only messes with HKS or GReddy EBCs so hes unfamiliar with the Turbosmart.

I was talking wit RT Tuning, the base map I was sent was meant for the V1 kits with the 2.75 MAF pipes and not the 3" from the 1.5 and 2. I noticed my AFR was sitting anywhere from 14.7 to 16 at idle and in boost was 12.3 after checking for leaks so its too lean for comfort to be in boost so monitor your AFR.

Oil lines:

One hoes goes on the driver side, and the other goes on the passenger side...they are plenty long:

Crossover IC pipe:

About even with the front sub frame and rear skid plate (sagging in the picture a bit because it is just the one couple and the pipe)

Motordyne exhaust:

6870 T4 1.32 a/r, fits with room to spare:

I am really excited about the 6870 turbo. I was worried that it will be too large, but it is not...basically the same outside dimensions as the 6766, but with much higher ceiling.

Once you do the install yourself that goes away. You'd have to get water above the subframe to cause any issues. Water splash won't be a problem either since the filter is protected by the undershroud and any minor water is going to evaporate almost immediately with the turbo heat.

I drove the car all day in torrential downpour last Saturday during a Charity car show/rally. Not one issue. Actually I was under the car the next day and the filter was dry.

Looks like I need to trim my coupler to the turbo outlet more.
