I would tune it after install since the base Stillen tune will not give you much power and run rich likely. You can still break it in with a proper tune. Might as well save the 60 miles of gas on the tune as well.

My tuner dyno and road tuned my car extensively and did go through a whole tank of gas. I also told him to thorough run the kit for any problems since I didn't want to deal with them on the side of the road. He had to tune my AT line pressures as well so that increase the gas usage. If you're just doing dyno tuning, they probably won't go through a whole tank.
Who sells the impeller and what's it called? I been interested in going this route.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the impeller upgrade is the better overall upgrade, because instead of using more power to drive the SC, the air just has better flow...?
Where do I get this impeller?

The Vortech SI impeller upgrade requires you to send the blower unit in and they replace it for you and check for any issues. Check out the Vortech site for complete details. Its about $350 plus shipping. http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/page.php?id=13896

There is also the 928 motorsports impeller upgrade but I heard mix responses because some say it doesn't quite fit and others have made it work. I just went with OEM and called it a day.

yea you'll see at least 2 more PSI up top but mid range will be more like 4-6 PSI, you will build boost sooner in the RPM band. Retune for sure

Shipping is estimated to arrive Friday 27th according to tracking! (please please no delays!) so will get started on Friday as soon as it arrives.

I've got my tune booked/penciled in for the Monday morning 30th!

I've been told I don't need to drop my oil/coolant to do install. As my car is due for a service, I will be doing this on Monday, but I've also been told I'll need to add some oil/coolant once the kit is installed. Does anyone know how much roughly? as I'll get some extra while at the dealer.

So far with the tune, couple things I'm going to get checked/done;
1. Have the fans come on a bit earlier temp wise.
2. Get them to do some hot starts and make sure I don't have a hot start issue.
3. Some vvel tuning if they are comfortable.
Anything else I should definitely be getting done that's kind of not a normal thing?

I lurk here quite a bit and thought I'd offer this 0.02 cents. The V-7 YSi has the same bolt pattern and pushes nearly 40% more cfm.

edit: typo with the v-7. Thanks 1slow370

If you plan to run test pipes, have them disable the map sensor trigger under DTC controls. My car throws a CEL every once in a while when I mash on it. It's not suppose to see boost so it throws a CEL p0106 code.

Been running Berk HFC's for about 2.5 years and never had a CEL, still get this disabled? as I'm guessing the HFC's will burn out eventually anyway?
