I drilled mine out to 101-thousandths. Have a pic if you want to see?

It is a little plastic venturi that attaches to the bottom of the fuel pump module. Unfortunately this little guy is not available purchased separately... so there is no going back if you went back to stock.

To put a stock fuel pump back in there with the oversized venturi would weaken the over-tank siphon and promote fuel starvation.

phunk 05-28-2014 08:03 PM

COSMO has a picture as I recently had him do it for his pump. I will also try and get this added to my fuel pump thread quickly.

COSMO 05-28-2014 08:18 PM

Must have deleted it off of my phone but Charles has a pretty good pick of it.. Sorry

phunk 05-28-2014 08:22 PM

Work in progress right now: http://www.the370z.com/2784717-post6.html

Should have it done in the next 30 min.

jwick 05-28-2014 08:24 PM

Think that's the wrong link. You just linked to some baby dying in street race

phunk 05-28-2014 08:31 PM

LOL i dont know man, the link works for me. I havent seen anything about the street racing baby though.

Here is the entire thread I am working on it in. http://www.the370z.com/forced-induct...mp-thread.html

Maybe my phone is crackheaded

jwick 05-28-2014 08:34 PM

Now that I quoted it, the quoted link works fine. I'm done with android, guess apple gets my money at upgrade time

phunk 05-28-2014 09:13 PM

Sweet. Wish I'd have done that when the pump was put of the tank

Chuy 07-11-2014 09:48 AM

The other day a friend noticed I didn't have any fluid in my gauge. Started looking at it and the rubber cap went missing, gauge was still reading pressure. I called CJM talked with them for a bit and they are getting me another sent out.

Still am happy with an awesome product!

Any chance a mod can move this thread to the Engine and Drivetrain section?

Ok so got the gauge installed. Here's what I'm seeing on the first run.

Idle/cruising car warm - 4.3-4.4 kPa (62 - 64 psi)

Idle/cruising car cold - 5ish kPa (72 psi)

Boosting car warm - 3.5 - 3.8 kPa (51 - 55 psi)

It appears I'm consistently running 10psi high

Hey Jwick - I too am getting similar numbers to you, on my gauge.

EVOHUNTER 05-21-2015 10:26 AM

Hey Phunk,

Does this fit on the stillen kit? if so ill buy one.

phunk 05-21-2015 01:26 PM

I dont have any confirmation on that, but I believe the answer is a "sort of". I think that tweaking/bending of the fuel inlet tube is probably required to get everything in that area to work together.

EVOHUNTER 05-21-2015 01:28 PM

ill order one and try it, I think they'll be lots of room when BP fabs up a Air/Air kit for me.

The answer is yes it will fit. It's not a bolt on affair but it will fit and look damn good!

Even if you're not boosted. It's great to help figuring out if you have fueling issues or not.
