Wonder if the Australian guys can go through their bank/cc 1 year after payment for a refund

Aussie guys are deep in the brown-stuff .... getting anywhere will require a US attorney and I cannot think of any reason why a US attorney would represent someone from Australia - just too hard.

I've already spoken to commonwealth bank/mastercard about it here in Australia, even though it's over the usual 45 day period, they will still take on the case if you want them too and credit your money/chase them for the money, works the same way others were saying where the bank takes on the debt and they start recovery options for themselves, no fee's involved either.

This of course has to be done before a company files bankruptcy, even then if a company goes bankrupt they still try to reclaim any money for you, they were really helpful when I called for some options just incase
