Give it up. Obviously CARB certification isn't happening anytime soon. Either buy a Stillen kit, but an unapproved GTM kit, or fab your own kit and get it approved. Most of us don't give two ***** about CARB.

Don't take it person brotha. I was also a true gtm @ss-kisser too until I had to deal with them. Trust me in due to time there others will conclude their final opinion of gtm if they do not take care of their priorities first. And spohn we all know you would breast feed from mike if he could produce milk...
