So here is the problem the other shop couldn't figure out. The manual boost controller was closed so it wasn't allowing pressure to the waste gate. After properly adjusting it,

So here is the problem the other shop couldn't figure out.
The manual boost controller was closed so it wasn't allowing pressure to the waste gate. After properly adjusting it, here is the result... imgur: the simple image sharer I was told that is equivalent to 505 on a dyno jet. Thank you to everyone at RDZ Motorsports for the help. It was a much better experience and finished MUCH quicker than the seven days it took the other place to leave me hanging.
