What MPG are you getting after going F.I.

Turbos absolutely increase the efficiency of the motor which will in turn increase economy when driven conservatively. Supercharger set-ups actually add parasitic drag onto the engine from spinning the blower. This is why they do not see as great of increase in economy regardless of driving style.

I just do not believe that, to the level that you are posting about.
A 34-35MPG is almost 30% increase over the factory rating which have been posted to be fairly accurate at 27MPG. I understand turbos added create certain increases in economy but you also have the tune which plays a large factor. I doubt you sent the car home with an economy tune trying to maximize MPG.

Don't forget FI almost always includes free flowing exhaust, no catalytic converter, and more efficient intake designs. Couple these with a custom tune and there is much more leading to the efficiency increase than the turbo/boost.

That is true, but you also have to consider that the tune is where it takes advantage of all of those changes.
And I would bet most are designed to harness that open exhaust/intake design as quickly as possible to build power quickly. In the end I really really really doubt anyone is getting 30+ MPG on any forced induction VQ37.

By making the power easier you are increasing the efficiency of the motor which means less fuel will be required to make the same amount of power. This will then increase fuel economy based on how you are driving. Coupled with optimizing the fuel injection via UpRev, it can make a pretty good difference on the car. If your in it to win it at every stop light you will never have a very good MPG rating haha. Even a stock g37 we tuned who drove down from New York averaged 19mpg on the way down and 25mpg on the way back up after the tune and exhaust installation.
