I taking it to Z1 Motorsports....I live in Orlando, FL I don't trust anyone around here especially Titan Motorsports since they refuse to do a turbo install into any 370z.

Driven at 125F constantly at medium to occasional high rpm for about 6 hours across the San Bernardino county to Vegas , oil temp never exceeded 210F, whereas without the radiator mod , it did get up to 250F ( Even with the oil cooler installed) Now, if turbocharging the vehicle at 11 psi, it is IMPERATIVE that you must have the cooling system property modified like I did, or else there is a big chance that the Z factory radiator will be insufficient to cool down the additional tremendous heat even with the fan running at all time.... since the darn thing is so crappy cheap with a narrow single row. The alternative for a cheaper cost is to use the CFS radiator, which is a direct fit. While the CFS radiator cooling capacity is not nearly as good as the GTM 70mm radiator, it is still quite a bit better than the factory unit. These are the links to my GTM radiator installation: http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-do-yourself/56261-installing-largest-possible-street-racing-radiator-your-370z-part-1-a.html Installing the largest possible street racing radiator for your 370Z - part 2 FINAL WARNING : If you blow the engine in anyway, especially the head gaskets, you will severely overheat the engine does not matter what radiator you have. Just a reminder and I am sure everyone knows this. |
