Production parts are coming in slowly but surly. I know waiting sucks and we are not sparing any effort nor expense to bring the best turbo kit to the market period.

Enough production parts came in to allows to finish two inhouse MHI turbo kits installs. one of them is an Infinity G37 IPL with build engine and a built 7A/T trans and the second build is a 370Z .

Sam, when is the new expected ship date?

SPOHN 09-01-2013 10:03 AM

I wouldn't even want a TT kit if I had to run cats. But I assume where you live you have no choice. Course it's not that bad really.

I could get away with running catless. I've done it on several other cars. I had cats put way downstream in the exhaust just so I don't have to deal with the smell sitting in traffic. It's a daily driver. Compromises have to be made somewhere.

So it sounds like these high flow cats can only be used with a 3" exhaust. Is that correct? Or is there a way to incorporate them with an aftermarket 2.5" exhaust?

roplusbee 09-01-2013 05:54 PM

I like the HFC idea, but how long will these last? Not trying to bash here, but I have seen SC'd cars destroy HFCs at much less than 800HP. The reason that I am asking, is that this is something that I would like to do, but have not found the right components to make it happen.

megalapagas 09-01-2013 09:31 PM

OMG! The Anticipation is killing me to have it on my 7A/T! :D but I have 2.5" Non Res'd TP and CBE I don't need the cats your putting on the kit right? I mean noise wise there's no problem here in texas :D

Dzel 09-02-2013 12:15 AM

Ditto but I don't drive my car daily so I'm not worried about it.
