So I called 928 and spoke to Carl a good 30mins. he said he we more than happy to take my money but me told me in his professional option it shouldn't have to be rebuilt. we talked about how long we think water was in there and if there was any damage ,he didn't think so. he said let Stillen flush and refill it and drive it. I got so caught up on the water thing I forgot to ask why he thought it wouldn't have been building boost. I have to call him back tomorrow and ask. but really could this while thing been dirty MAC's. but there is no way for the fluid to get on them? Ahh damn can't believe I forgot to ask. UG
