HELP Broke DOWN!!

I have had my battery disconnected many times and never lose the tune. Easiest way to check for UPREV is if you can select and change maps, and the cruise indicator blinks the proper number of times for the map selected, then the tune is still there.

Battery died not sure if its different and was down for about 8 hrs? Also when I got in the car in the am the RED security light was blinking, Called the dealer told me the battey was dead and had to jump it? Did that and now all these issue, I know there things that just happen at the same time but right before I park the car it was running perfect?
