Yep, and I'm sure I speak for most when I say I appreciate the transparency you provide. This has been on my list since I learned you were porting it over. It will be on my car sooner or later

Thank you for understanding. I treat all my customers the way I would like to be treated when making an investment like this.

king12sky 09-21-2012 05:18 AM

Non for 7AT! =(

indyn 09-21-2012 03:02 PM

Send you pm.
Wouldn't it make business sense to make a kit for AT and the G37 crowd, you'll expand you're customer base.
I'll send you my g37 if you want to work on it.

If I could get a donor I could have a look and see what can be done.

Where do you live? I see far north, but the far north spans a great distance.

Oh, and no PM...not sure what is going on with my PM's but I have not got one in a while. So if anybody has sent one and not got a reply, it means I never got it because I reply to every PM.

indyn 09-21-2012 03:30 PM

Ottawa.. too far to get it to you.

Mitco39 09-21-2012 05:33 PM

Ottawa is farr north? lol

theaudir8fan 09-21-2012 06:57 PM

Well my car is still available for fitment test of a G with 5at :D :stirthepot:

ENT-Z 09-21-2012 08:20 PM

I'm definitely in, just need to learn the dates a little closer so I can arrange the funds.

ZtoG37 09-21-2012 09:19 PM

Hey Sasha I would like to try this kit on my g37 I heard the only difference fitment wise between 370z and g37 is that the g has more clearance up front Same chassis and engine . Could you pm the price

Yeah, that would be great. I can have a look and see how much room I have to work with.

Yet the stillen intakes had to be modified for the 370Z's, are you 100% sure on this?

m3chhawk 09-30-2012 02:44 AM

Just read 57 pages of pure gold. Subbed and awaiting production.

Sasha, you said you wouldn't hire help... How about cloning?? The world could use more Sashas. Keep up the stellar work.

:tup:Thanks.

Yes, I thought about cloning. One clone would get locked up in the shop to build the turbo kits, the second would go to work (day job) and I can spend time with my wife and kids.

On a side note, I whould have a couple of jig pics up in the next few days so you guys can see the entire process of building this kit.

GaleForce 09-30-2012 09:50 AM

Getting closer! Woohoo!

I won't be bugging you about gauge selection anymore, they are all ordered up. Thanks for your help

Boosted Performance 09-30-2012 07:35 PM

^^You are welcome, I answer all the PM's that come in :).

Bit of a jig teaser:

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...9051522112.jpg

Built string and percise so that every piece that leaves here is 100% the same so that there are no fitment issues...EVER. There
is still a decent amount of work to be done on that jig, but you get the idea.

m3chhawk 09-30-2012 09:08 PM

So secksy...

finally got a chance to see this Z over the weekend, and let me say, it is so fast, and this is coming from someone with a GTM stage 2 SC, it was pulling on me like i was in a civic si :icon14: I was going up to the redline in 4th and it was closing the distance on me in 6th :shakes head: Then he tells me: I thought about down shifting, but i was catching up, so i didn't

makes me want to sell my car and get this, just want to say this kit is totally worth every bit of the money and it really is just amazing. For about the same price as a stage 2 SC installed, one can get a much faster car.

Here is some eye candy :)

Thanks, and no objections to that idea here. Not to mention that this was the samaller turbo. A turbo that just put down 610whp on the dyno at R/T tunning on a built short block, pump gas, 350z at 19psi. Now just imagine if it was on a built block 370z...Stage I and 650whp on pump gas...maybe more?

Gonna have to ask you to refrain from posts like this until Sasha is ready for production. Can't handle it as it is. kthxbai

JC671 10-01-2012 11:25 PM

Finally!

A kit that looks user friendly, not have to drop the motor and makes loads of power.

I may have to curtail my SC route, given the testimony above. Man oh man. I hope BP can handle the production rate of these once all is ready.

BP you got PM.

well do note that i have the 35HR engine so not the full 37VHR like the rest of you guys, so I'm dynoed at 450whp and with a heavier car, but there is no question i got owned, so even if it was the 37VHR, this Z would have still pulled faster.

G37sHKS 10-02-2012 04:11 AM

Its truly eye candy!

Little bit off topic but what are those two tiny filters on each side? what are cons and pros of these?..

These are just breathers, they allow crankcase pressure to vent to atmosphere. These are normally the two black hoses you hookup to your left and right intakes. Manufactures do this for emissions but it wasn't a concern for me, I am sure Sasha can fab it up this way if its a concern for a customer.

SS_Firehawk 10-02-2012 08:15 AM

And another FI option to dream and ponder. Is this going to fit a a single 3" mid pipe as well? I have ceramic coated LTH's as well. I bought them new private, I think they are T409. What say you regarding the use of these and your turbo kit? I have my stock cats and headers in my garage, but I get this urge to spit on them every day I walk past them.

I have another customer in at the end of this month for a complete install. He has the OEM exhaust on the car now, so I can make a down pipe that will work for OEM like exhaust systems at that time. This means that you can bolt it up to your mid pipe.

The long tube headers would not work with the kit though.

To the rest...thank you for the PM's and support on this. Once the local install is complete at the end of this month I will be working on these kits around the clock. This next install is very important and will be done with pipes that are coming off the jigs. Once perfect fitment is confirmed, and the jigs are 100%...it's game on. The list keep growing...

It’s the last step to ensure all customers are getting the best product possible.

Thats would be really nice to see on a built motor 3.7. I saw the graph of that car really nice impressive. I would have loved to use your kit if it was out at the time. I hope someone does this down the line though with a built motor on 3.7.

Thanks, and yes that dyno was great. Put the same numbers down with the same boost as your car with the twins....on a smaller engine :). There may be some incentives for the first person that has a built engine and wants to purchase this kit.

Did you ever get a new exhaust for that beast of yours?

sojirovskensi 10-02-2012 10:31 AM

Have you decided the price range for the kit?
If I buy the kit without the oil cooler and injector (I bet some of the members already installed), are you willing to charge total kit minus oil cooler and injector?
How many total kits are you expecting to make? Are you going to make more than 25 this time?

The complete kit will be about $7350, with everything.

Tuner kits will be available as well (no fuel pump, injectors and UpRev). If you wish to remove some items (like the oil cooler) the price will of course be lower. With the oil filter relocation some custom hoses may be neede on the installers end when the oil cooler is removed from the kit.

I am looking at making 6 kits by the end of this year. Once those are slold some revenue will be generated and it would go right back to making a larger batch on the next run.

Yup, the 6766 T4 1.32 a/r and shoot for the sky.

GaleForce 10-02-2012 11:48 AM

Oh man! I need to get into that first group of six...

sojirovskensi 10-02-2012 10:50 PM

Do you think gauges (boost, A/F, etc) are necessity for this kit?
And how many miles or km has the first installed car run so far? I'm curious about the durability of the stock clutch.

gbrettin 10-02-2012 11:14 PM

Sasha - Did you have your neighbor swing by with his 7AT 370z? If so, how did it go?
