1/4 mile trap speed will tell the tale where power is concerned. Doesn't matter if you spin off the line or whatever, the MPH will still be right in the ball park. With street tires my Challenger spins like mad and I have to avoid boost until 3rd gear. I'll run 12s at 123-125MPH. With drag radials I get traction and get in to the boost right out of the gate. My ETs drop to mid 11s, but MPH is still 123-125. |
