Basically you block off one air filter pipe and you put a boost leak tester with a air gauge and valve on the other air filter and you pump the system up with a compressor like you would blow a tire up and you put pressure in it as if the turbos are running and you listem for leaks in the system because theres alot of plumbing in these kits. Its a must for anyone with a boosted car period. leakes in the system will cause your car to run funny most of the time causeing a richening effect because the air from the turbos or supercharger isnt getting tho the engine. I installed some widebands so i can tell know when i have a leak somewhere because of that richening affect and the time it takes to boost up. I still do manual checks regularly especially after running it really hard.
