If you are having issues with boost dying off up top theoratically u would need to loosen the wg rod (unless its already extremely loose). AKA make it longer. i

If you are having issues with boost dying off up top theoratically u would need to loosen the wg rod (unless its already extremely loose). AKA make it longer. i believe tightening the rod = quicker spooling but possible boost fade up top.
could the rev jumping be your SRM and FI not playing well together? have u tried turning that off? only other thing i could think of would be the tune you are running having something to do with it. dyno time may be your best friend here
