Nice work guys! That is some sick power you guys are making.

+1 on the ultimate sleeper. If that car rolled up on me and he said he had 600 to the wheels I'd laugh my *** off.... then he'd rip me a new one!

Wow..... 600 hp!

A few technical questions: 1) the low boost dyno runs say 93 octane. Ive never seen anything but 91 at normal stations in Cali. Did you mix 91 with a 100 octane botique fuel to get 93? 2) the runs cut off at 7200 rpm. Did you lower the fuel shutoff rpm? If so, why? 3) The a/f ratio seems to be creeping up in the higher rpms, but is doing it on low boost and high boost runs. Is this the fuel system maxing out, or did you program it that way? And 4) since engines are just air pumps, to double your power you need to double the air in and fuel in... So doesn't that imply you need at least 1 bar of boost?

Thanks,

-Phim

The car was from Maryland, so no problems with fuel quality there. Also, it's not the pressure that matters, its the cfm.

Thanks for the kind words guys, this should give you an idea of what to expect out of your 370. Altough I would keep it around 500rwhp or less for higher reliability.

Only time will tell how well these engines hold up, although so far they are doing great!

True, but I would continue laughing after seeing all the badging on the back of the car.

Quick question. The 3.5 couldn't take more than about 480rwhp before having to build the motor. What makes the 3.7 any stronger?

Wow super nice! Just a couple questions. What fuel pump and injectors did you use? Also, what are using adjusting air/fuel ratio's?

That would be true in the ideal otto cycle. However, with all the work they did with the car they improved the VE of the engine allowing them to achieve double the power with less than double the absolute pressure.

Beautiful! I love the way it sounds... not ricey or raspy, but it brought back the old feeling of turbo cars in the early '90s. When that happens, I'll jump in my dad's '90 Z32 twin turbo.
