I've also had this kit on for 9 months and 10,000+ miles...ohh yeah and without a proper tune that I had paid for to begin with.

I've waved the STS flag and tried to hold my tongue on all the issues I have had with the kit. Mainly because I had the first AT7. If I can find an UpRev tuner and get this tuned I might come back to there side. As of now I'm about a 1/2 second away from ripping out this system, which when changing the oil is a royal pain i the asz to get to the oil filter, and going back to a stock set up. Now with the 100+ heat I can drive my car about 15 miles before it tries to overheat. DONE!
This tune you paid for, is it the canned tune from sts or from a local tuner? Keep in mind most manufactures never recommend keeping canned tunes, you should always get tuned for the conditions you live in. If you have been running the canned tune from sts it would explain a lot of your issues.

Nope bought the full tuner kit from them. Which includes tuning from STS. This has been ongoing issue since the first code was thrown back in Feb. First was a random misfire, which I thought was a bad plug but turned out it was the tune. In reality it was the motocross plugs.

Every tune that was done by STS was an e-mail tune.

The tuner kit just includes the cable and a base tune to get you to the Dyno , I can't believe you've been driving with canned tuned for over 10000 miles

If they told you e-mail tuning would be alright, that's their bad for sure. E-tunes are fine for N/A but not for turbo. How are you sending them the e-tunes in regards to afr? If your using the factory o2 readings from uprev that's part of the problem right there. The factory sensors are not accurate enough and you will need to get them wide band readings. I chose the innovative because it will data log with uprev. Then at least you can send them accurate afr and they can semi smooth out your tune but your still going to have to hit the rollers.

It's the joy of FI, you always need to budget the slush fund on top of the turbo kit for unforeseen circumstances lol
