You would have to put it on a credit card or apply for a personal loan, but chances are the interest rate is going to be high.

Car is a little more than half paid off, all mods were in cash. Working part time right now, once I can put nose to stone and pass the bar I can start building for real

Ding!
Honestly, never finance modifications to a car. I would suggest never throw a lot of money at a car you still owe a lot on, but that is no fun.

Paid $29k no money down
had the car for 1yr now still owe $21k
Used my line of credit to pay for all my mods about $11k
As of last month my line of credit is paid back in full

Yea I could have put that 11 on the car note but what fun would that be

Car is paid off, I took out a loan with a really good interest rate to pay for my supercharger. I could have paid cash, but it's nice to have it saved in the bank in case something comes up. I'm 25 now, no major bills and I originally bought the car back when I was 21.
