After installation had excessive flutter noise seemed to be coming from by pass
Valve. changed vacuum set up and thightend by pass all the way and backed off 1 turn .it does not flutter at idle anymore but can hear it when accelerating and when it shifts it stop for a second and then starts again Has anyone got ideas what's going on? |

You've got the adjustable Turbosmart bypass valve. You need to adjust the knob until there is no flutter.
Also, make sure that you have a clean vacuum source for the bypass valve. If the vacuum source is on the wrong side of the EVAP solenoid (which opens and closes in a pulsating fashion), then you will have problems like you are describing. |
