It seems that at this point, the 7ATs start to fail once power levels reach the 500rwhp mark. No word yet on the effectiveness of the upgrades yet, once there are more upgraded 7ATs, we will be able to see how much power it can truly handle.

It is based off of observations. Shumby and Andrew, those are my main reference points. I stated 500whp as the point where I would not feel that long term durability has been shown to be possible, based off of a few examples. Since there has been no information released about the valve body upgrades and transmission PCM changes, I was trying to answer the poster's question to the best of my abilities.
