If you have a good dealership or can prove it was the not the supercharging causing the issue it will help.
I believe his issue was not supercharger related so he could argue replacement.

People love to speculate without knowing all the facts. A couple points I would like to bring up briefly.

First, the transmission was not low on fluid. Initially, they thought it was, but once they checked the fluid level and confirmed it was not low, that argument was invalid. For us, to ship a car without checking the fluid before it leaves is absurd. We are very thorough and know more about these cars than most techs at the dealership.

The second point, is that this transmission was not 100% when it came in. Just by looking at the condition of the fluid, we were able to determine that there was a potential issue and advised Andrew of the potential transmission problem. The transmission did work during and after the installation of the supercharger. As a matter of fact we were the one to send Andrew to the dealership to address the concern we had with the transmission. The Nissan tech came back with the nonsense story of the fluid being low. We got involved and shared the data we have on the transmission with Nissan and they took care of it. End of story.

There is a great amount of information that can be shared about Andrew's transmission that can help the whole community and we will be discussing these things in our detailed transmission write-up. So please be patient and stop speculating and coming up with stories.

Well there is more to the whole story then itself. I will start another thread regarding it so it doesnt derail this thread. I will actually have it on my journal.

Default Clutch??

With almost doubling the engine output with this supercharger, the stock clutch is going to fail sooner than later so I might as well upgrade it while the supercharger is being installed. What is the recommended clutch with the Stage II supercharger?

The car was leaking from what he told me. He took it to gtm after the show and gtm fixed the lines that you guys installed that was leaking transmission oil. If something is leaking why not fix the whole issue?
