I should get the same with whatever bolted on as long as I stay in closed loop. My subis were 27mpg also pushing over 330hp to the wheels. Open loop is another story. The fact that your asking about a supercharger is irrelevant, the question should be "with my SC what will my right foot and pedal get me for mpg loss?" If your car weighs the same as a NA car, driving down the highway your mpg's should be identical.
I would think the additional parasitic drag from the blower would eat up some gas, even in closed loop.

Yeahhhhhh
And to maintain speed you need to press the gas pedal taking it off the closed loop and since you're S/C vs Turbo'd you'd have to burn even more fuel to turn the SC (right?)

Oh, and synolimit, your Subarus are turbo'd, very different beasts

(NA)
G37 models with the manual gearbox are actually the least fuel-efficient, at 17/25; models with the automatic get up to 19 mpg city, 27 highway.

So how much MPG LOST should be expected with a SC setup compared to NA?

Wow that's really bad for a stock N/A G37. I have gotten 33mpg driving on the highway after I installed my intakes, but that was literally me driving 65mph the whole way and i reset my gauge on the highway, but I digress.

You should only really lose about 3-5mpg, assuming you drive the same. But let's be realistic here, you're probably going to step on it more, who wouldnt? XD.

But lets say you go lighter wheels, pulleys, clutch/flywheel, rotors and you should get that back.

Easiest way to check CL is buy a AFR gauge. If you drop out of 14.5 fast, like a 1-4 drop, you're in open loop. You can do CL all the way to redline. Just press the throttle easy.
