Prescott where is Hill's Garage located? I'm in western New York and looking for a shop to do a GTM sc next summer and don't know where to get it

Prescott where is Hill's Garage located? I'm in western New York and looking for a shop to do a GTM sc next summer and don't know where to get it done. I know from all the posts here that the shop needs to have access to a dyno to tune. Also don't all Z have a built in traction control? Also, when the computers are reprogrammed can the top speed limiter be changed or bypassed? Thanks for your help guys.
