Chuck Norris isnt allowed to tune cars, because if he did, the car would get 2,000whp with only 1.0 liter displacement w/o traction issues, talk to you with a female british accent, get 1,000 mpg, come with angelina jolie in the passenger seat AND the wing would actually allow the car to fly....all of which dont meet FIA regulations of course.
