Jim Wolf only sells kits to authorized installers. Their VQ35 TT kits are usually in the price range of $10k installed and tuned. I am not sure if there is more labor involed with the VQ37HR kits or not, but I would count on them being around that price.

My guess is that a complete kit will be priced about $7500-$8500. Installation about $3000. You are both probably about right.

I haven't heard of them going forward with a 370Z kit unfortunatetly. I can definitely ask on Monday if there is any progress.

Ok good news and bad news. Bad news is that they haven't started on anything for the 370Z TT kit yet. They haven't gotten much interest in one but are thinking about starting development in the winter when its slower.
Good news is that they should be expecting the first batch of JWT Oil Pan Spacers for the VQ37 soon! That should help with oil temps.
