Weh i get the VB upgrade and a new TQ converter I will go with the smaller pully. But not until then. You guys forget this is a DD. NOt a track car. I drive this car and put more miles on it then 80% of you guys. This is what I wanted to do and the numbers i wanted to get. Will i go bigger later? Yes. But not until I am happy with the tranny and how it will last.

This car isnt yours and I could care-less what YOU would have done. A shop can never assume a client will baby his car back and I for one am glad they took the time to explain that it may be reaching the limits of the stock A/T. Smart move and proved to hold true considering how this mad man drove back. He can do the upgrades later and reflash remotely. Not as big of a deal as your making it out to be.

Shumby - I'm glad YOU got what YOU wanted out of this car. Not only is this a testament to the potential of this setup but also cements the claims by GTM. Especially for us 8psi - M/T guys.
