I can only speak to my own experience with Forged, and they have always treated me very well. I have no complaints and have no reservations about going back to them. Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking sides against Juan or anything like that. I'm just saying that based on my own personal experience with Forged, I'm inclined to at least give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to hear their side of the story before rushing to any judgment.
