Also, UPrev has found some glitches inside the FACTORY programming that we were all trying to work around.

Care to share this with the Z community?

Like this one though, but I'd have to get a good deal from Jnaut for the swaps ;) We'll see. Wondering what the car would sound like with them too. Would be interesting to do a triple test, one with stillen headers, one with lths and one with stock headers.

All on the same dyno and similar weather.

let me know, ill call jack and work out some deal.

talk to him, see what he says. I have to get a winter tune anyway. I shouldn't be going 9.5psi on an 8psi tune...its just gonna make it run lean and actually not make as much power as it would on the correct tune.

Hey guys...I would love to help!....and I can do the cold weather adjustments to Raul's car in the process...just be sure to get it done when its cooler out!...its 85 degrees here right now....haha...we should just go to the beach.

whats up guys I just wanted to share my experience driving a 370z with the stillen supercharger with you, all i can say is wow its like a night and day difference. The car felt like it had a v8 under the hood, torque was just everywhere in the power band. It was just awesome how the car pulled hard all the way to redline. Stillen did a great job on this kit, and covinced me that the sc route is what im going to take with with my z.

Cool. I'm not sure what it all means. There are a lot of expenses involved in doing this. If we can figure how each party is going to pitch in then I'd be willing to use my car for the testing. Gotta pay for shipping of the LTH's since im sure Shumby won't wanna cover that and dyno time from Jack.

Also definitely gotta wait until it is cooler to do anything. 50s would be optimal.

shumby 11-17-2010 04:46 PM

damn i would love to see the 50's that is like summer
- teens here right now.

and almost forgot, the cost of Jnaut swapping out the headers.

well... i might be pulling off my headers to wrap them for the turbo. so we may not need shumbys. saves on shipping.

shumby 11-17-2010 10:50 PM

Mine are already wrapped

RCZ 11-18-2010 05:02 PM

That would save us shipping. It still leaves the question of tool time and dyno time though. We all know headers are awful to do on this car...

yes the stocks, but the long tubes are not horrible.

RCZ 11-18-2010 08:27 PM

Maybe just longtubes vs stillen then?

Josh or Kyle, any plans for a 10psi pulley soon?

STUPID QUESTION TIME. Can't you just call the manufacture and get one? Since I would imagine thats where stillen is going to get it from.
