Ya interested to see how these oilless twins behave. There location on the twin kit hopefully will help, trying to be optimistic.

My cars sitting on the hoist ready to go for about 2 months now. I was hoping To get the silicone couplers at least so I could get a lot of the kit installed but still no luck.

Tried to take a pick, looks 1” clearance on bottom and 2.5”-3” clearance at top of oil cooler. This is looking down between IC and radiator

Perfect. That's the oil cooler I need. Mishimoto sticks out 2 inches past rad support.

You're gonna wanna dremel the heck out of the holes where the pipes pass through the rad support. Just get it out of the way now so you're not cutting with open pipes everywhere

Yes, the holes are done due to having Gen 3 intakes. But I will double check the size.

Mine were also done previously with Z1 CAIs but I ended up cutting more out for the charge pipes; really appreciated having more room to work with.

Thanks for the tip, I have gen 3’s but I’ll try and make some more room before I install the piping.

Ha anyone tapped the intake manifold yet? Gonna try this weekend, also wondering if I need to do another tap for boost gauge or is there anything I can T off of?

Tapping the manifold is easy as long as you have steady hands and take your time.

I put another tap in the rear of the manifold, on the right runner, to run my boost gauge. Just feel around inside the runners w your fingers and figure where you want the tap. Take into account where the tap will be in relation to the TB coolant hardlines on the back of the manifold, assuming you keep them. I deleted mine. Adding additional tees to the vacuum hoses decreases reliability.

Sorry to hear you are still waiting on your kit. This is my first time dealing with Sasha and he had been slow to reply. Same thing happened to me as the kit was sent in 4 packages over about 4-6 weeks after I paid in full. Communication could certainly be better, but I did eventually get my whole kit. I don’t think he’s out to screw anyone, I know supply chain issues are real from COVID stuff to that damn barge blocking the Suez Canal.

Iam sure everything will show eventually but leaving a customer that payed in full in the dark is not the best way to do things, maybe Iam annoying but after sending out $9g plus US for a kit, I believe in customer service no matter the situation. That’s just me and how I do business. I’ve seen the worst of the worst thru the gtm days and even through all that I still received a full kit from them.

No need to trim the tabs. Your IC shouldn't be any different than mine. Just adjust the fitment a bit. Mine clears the tabs by a few MMs. I have a Nismo and shimmed the IC so it cleared the front damper by a MM or two as well
