From my reading, the 6767 would certainly make it more easily (975 hp vs 900 hp). The 6467 would be maxed. I have a 6467. Keeping in mind I'm running on 93 octane with only the 750 cc bosch injectors which come with the kit, on the lightest spring pressure (7.5 psi), dyno sheet attached.

My plan is to get all of my supporting mods to be able to support 800whp except for a built motor and run on stock block for a bit 500whp. Then slap in a built motor and turn up the boost.

So you got second hand information and fully intended to take that @ face value on a $10k decision? Glad you're ballin out like that.

George, as in George Sohoritis told me the stage 2 kit will make over 700whp on E85. Maybe you should actually call them and get details directly from the manufacturer.

You are probably right I should do more research on the SOHO kit. I have been looking into the BP kit alot lately sorry!.

I will be getting a stage 4 clutch + flywheel from zspeed
CJM s1.se fuel return +their relay
AEM gauges
OS giken 1.5way LSD
id 1300cc injectors
still debating on 1 walbro 450 or 2 of them
and still deciding on flex fuel.
305/45/17 tire and 325/30/19 for street tires
BC coilovers
motordyne exhaust with art pipes
z1 oil cooler unless the bp kit comes with one.
still debating on engine and trans mounts.

Remember that if you go with some of the kits, the ART pipes won't be an option (BP for example). BP Turn Key kit does have an oil cooler, but I'd say go with Fast Intentions Oil Cooler. Good price, great quality components. I've had multiple small issues with the oil cooler from the turnkey kit leaking, and the fittings are not great quality.

Just wondering where the leaks were, or if you can elaborate a bit?

I now outsource the hoses to the same shop that builds majority of the fuel return hoses for this platform. Have the oil cooler kit on my own car, and haven't encountered issues.

If I don't know that there is a problem, I can't really fix it

I kept leaking on the switch plate connectors. The o-rings didn't hold up well kept blowing out and fittings would loosen up. I switched to a dowty washer and haven't had problems since. Just a copper washer would probably work too.

Let me see if I can explain in text. The thermostatic plate has 2 extruded male fittings on it which match the AN female fittings on the hoses that route to the cooler. The male fittings have gaskets which tend to tear and compress unevenly when the male fittings are tightened. I bought an entirely new plate, just to scavenge gaskets surrounded by a metal ring to prevent that. I also had leaks at both elbows of the AN fittings.

With that you will eventually join the blown motor club at the power levels you want.
