Faulty Stillen Throttle Body extension cable?

On mine it's the throttle position cable from the drivers side . I have had to replace it before.

Happened again to me today on the freeway and this was on the new revised one that I installed within the last year or so. Fortunately I had my obd2 with me I was stuck in the fast lane till I cleared the code (p1239)
