RJM now has pulleys for the following PSI levels: (*note: these are calculated PSI levels)
4.2 = 8psi (Mid to high 400whp) - tested and proven super reliable
4.0 = 11psi (500's) most people pick this one
3.9 = 13psi (500's - 600's) Tested and proven to make 600's and mid to high 500tq on e85
3.6 = 15psi (600's) new pulley
3.4 = 17psi (600's-700's) already tested to make 700's and 600ftlbs
3.2 = 19psi (800's) new pulley
3.0 = 21psi (900+) new pulley

RJM has two built cars in the shop about to run the 3.0 pulleys.

RJM will be stocking these pulleys and you can choose which one you want when you order.

RJM also has told me they have a few kits on the shelf for fast turn around. only the heat exchanger and supercharger need to be ordered.

bullitt5897 11-09-2018 01:30 PM

Technically speaking we can run the lower pulley up to 6.5" over drive pulley (15%OD) and with a 3" upper pulley run ~ 30-31psi... this should theoretically net well over 1000whp+ Testing is expected to be done on this.

Would it be possible to have a thread similar to the Fast Intentions and others that have the builds for the kits in one place to review build data and dynos, etc.?

Something along the lines of......

Customer #X
Ordered Stage 1.5 with the following upgrades....
Pics of install
Dyno Sheet

It's hard to follow this product, IMO. I would think that with 10+ installed we would be seeing increased marketing (by way of owner testimony/pictures and experience) on the forum. One thing to see promotion from the seller. Whole other ball game when its from the customers.

+1 ^ Where are the driving videos or customer dyno charts?

bullitt5897 11-09-2018 02:01 PM

Of course. However most of the customers arent even on this board. Most of the media you guys are requesting is actually been posted on facebook and on the RJM facebook page for months now. I can see what I can do to compile that information into a single thread for you guys.

There is also a private group for the Whipple owners on facebook. I can share some of the pics, vids and experiences from there.

So you mean to tell me there is a super secret Whipple clique? That's all the selling point I needed!

Yes, please. I do believe that we on the forum are interested in the continued development, production and execution of RJM P.D. Supercharger kits. Both from the manufacturer/company marketing standpoint AND the direct customer.

Not possible to have reviews written and copy pasta to here on the forum?

*Save $500 on your kit and write a review/testimonial that we will use to promote (and get others to drop coin!)*

Bullitt, any update on the hood? I’m trying to coordinate with some paint and body work, so I can have it done all at once. Then save for the whipple.

They keep coming up with excuses, it’s winter time, kits are new, something broke on my car. But I’ve seen video’s Of cars idling in garage, and data logging on the highway

phreak9i6 01-08-2019 01:56 PM

My RJM kit is in the garage waiting to be installed. Hopefully when the car gets back from the audio shop in late feb I'll have the RJM whipple on and some updates for everyone.

The build quality is top notch on all the parts/brackets/etc, I'm amazed at the craftsmanship.

Habahaha. So much for these 1,000 hp whipples

bullitt5897 09-26-2019 03:51 PM

Rich’s car is being tuned right now. Lots of changes and custom work outside of the kit went into this car. RJM was relying on a tuner but that tuner was not making themselves available. I could empathize with rich and offered up one of my ecutek cables and dongles and tuner I am working with offered to upgrade rich to ecutek. So right now Bobby has been doing driveability tuning with Eugene Turkov. The plan is to have the car on the final dyno next week. I would have to confirm with RJM though.

Most of the delay on this car has been from relying on third party shops to do work. As most of you know RJM is a parts manufacturer not a performance shop. There are no lifts and no power tools to work on cars. It’s a cnc manufacturing shop. Additionally, RJM took on another build the awd g37. Rich’s car has been running and driving just fine for months sadly the tuning situation was not expedient and should have been. The awd g37 is an insane build with multiple shops touching the car. It’s currently at another shop getting the interior put back in and then it will be tuning.

That’s as much as I know meanwhile there are several guys with the kits on their cars.
