Several people on Facebook asking about it for an NA car. Doubt they'll cough it up, but there's no published info on it anywhere. Maybe they'll include all that in the post.

I doubt it. We are all lined up because turbo cars have a limit. Once the headgasket issue is fixed the next problem is the plastic intake. I will retune to 30psi and boost by gear. I want to hear those turbo's sing...

soho actually confirmed resolved the head gasket issue (although I think you did as well with your latest build) but they blew a few headgaskets testing things out to specifically dial in what was causing the issue.

I am good. I have ran 25psi many many times on the street and the car was tuned on the dyno at 25psi. No issues. Engine builder asked why I didn't turn it up to 30psi and that I was good to do so. There were some grumblings coming from me about the plastic intake. I asked him to make one. Which he can damn well do. He just has no time at the moment with all the work in his shop going on. If this falls through I may resort to bribery or buy the CJ Motorsport one.

“Falls through??” Why you say negative words like that! Lol

What’s the CJM one? I can’t find anything on it but a forum thread from a few years ago mentioning it but not real details, price, numbers etc.

That’s a one-off that Charles built, but requires some fabbing to install & probably a different intercooler.
Spooler is on top of his game with all of this, very valuable information in this whole thread!

I hope we get a price next week. It is the easiest route. Otherwise the choice get's slimmed way way down.

30# would really make them sing
Just think; engine is rated for up to 40#

That would be out of my turbo's efficiency range I beat. What I would call blowing hot air. The next weak link would be the crank if the block is good to go. Nobody really knows since we are getting into new territory.
